so late!

yup! i'm way overdue in posting blogs. ofcourse busy with my job, my kiddo's school programs and fairs, i was sick for a whole week and mostly my internet connection failed! yup! this stuff just happened for a whole month straight sucks though! im not complaining about my responsibilities at work and with my kiddo but but to im way complaining with my internet connection! argh! i haven't have any connection for two weeks for the reason that my dad change our landline company to another one so yeah! my internet connection failed. i called the company and they told me that they can only do a dry loop so i can get my connection back and the tech told me its either i do the re-wiring or someone i know who can do it or my IP tech will do it and ofcourse if my IP tech will do it i have to pay extra $125 just for the re-wiring! darn expensive! suck! oh well, no choice have them do it and pay the charges and yet i still have to wait for a week just for them to fix it! so thursday hopefully they'll fix it! and for now just have to go to my cousins house like right now just to do my blogs, check my emails and some personal accounts.

shark attack!

breaking news this morning, a 66 yr. old man died in a shark attack at Solana Beach here in San Diego. Dave Martin and his triathlon training group swam about 150 yards out to sea this morning at 7am.
Somewhere below, a shark was lurking and an ambush was made and Dave Martin was the prey. From below, the man was lifted vertically by the shark with the man's both legs inside the sharks jaws. 2 men swam 20 yards just to get the ambushed man off the water.
life guards was trying to resuscitate the victim and rushed to the emergency but then pronounced dead at 7:49am.
Now, the beaches are closed for 72hrs. and coast guards, choppers and some beach patrols are now on search for the shark that was pressumed to be 12-17 ft. great white shark and still in the area.
And this is said to be the 1st fatality in San Diego since 1994. Imagine how many years was it till that attack today.

THE FORBIDDEN KIGDOM... tantrums!

it's been awhile since i last written a blog about a movie. busy...yup! always busy at work and other stuff. and speaking of other stuff, i haven't been to movie theatre for awhile now for the reason of my being lazy drivin of the freeway and to the mall but last thursdays i've been asking some friends to go with me to watch THE FORBIDDEN KINGDOM on friday. sucks coz everyone i ask already hasa plan on the showing day...friday yup i expected that already for mostly my friends are at the clubs or bars. so, since i also have work at that day, i just waited till saturday since im off at work early. i asked my bestfriend to go watch but then she said that she cant go because the UFC is on at 6:30pm. ugh!!! sucks! i forced her and begged her but she refuses! kainis...no one wants to go! darn! i even asked my co-workers that day but they cant coz they're closing! so then i decided just to go by myself when the worst happens... IT RAINED! talk about a real bad luck! so i just decided to go home after work and thought of just going sunday to watch it with my cousins. sunday came and asked them and not again...they cant coz they dont have money. darn! so, we just decided to just go to the park near my place with my kiddo just to outfocus my mind to the movie... grrrrrr!!! i hate it! i was in a bit bad mood since that thursday! i want to watch the forbidden kingdom so bad that i throw a tantrums about it! hehehe!!! talk about my childish side! lol! nwei, i never got a chance to wat it in theatres so i just look it up at my movie sources online earlier and...wahhhlllaahhhh!!! i found it! omfg! i was so freakin happy and excited. my two favorite martial arts actors/expert JACKIE CHAN and JET LI...love'em!
so i just finish watching it and it was so nice! i really,really,really...thousand times loved it! im a super fan of martial arts, jet li and jackie chan. and the combination of them in one movie...awesome, greatest, terrific, spectacular,wonderful and whatever u all call it! it's brilliant! first time ever together in the movie that i see! awesome!
no more tantrums for me! and see how big is my smile right now.....

There are many fascinating places in our solar system to explore, but space missions are dangerous and expensive. Sending robots instead of people helps reduce these drawbacks. For this kind of exploration, Professor Bernard Foing looks to the Moon, Mars and beyond, hoping to discover tantalizing secrets useful to astrobiologists.
Foing is the senior research coordinator at the ESA space science department, and executive director of the International Lunar Exploration Working Group. Foing has developed instruments used on space probes, and is known as the father of the successful SMART-1 mission to the Moon.
"SMART-1 has shown that Europe alone can build an effective mission to the Moon," says Foing. "The next step is to use our expertise to develop lunar landers and rovers."
Foing says his team is now analyzing the data of SMART-1, which spent 18 months orbiting the Moon and mapping the landscape with micro-cameras, infrared instruments and x-ray instruments. Information such as the chemical composition of certain regions can teach us about the Moon's origin and past; high resolution images also can point to places where future landers and rovers could be sent.
Foing sees potential in using our Moon as a unique laboratory to export life from Earth to other worlds.
"I am interested in the aspect of expanding life on other planets," he says. "For instance, looking at places where we could deploy bacteria experiments or life science experiments that could help to develop life support systems. In the future we would have human settlements that would grow on what we learn from life science experiments."
Foing says a second biosphere could be built on the Moon where humans would be able to live. The initial stages of creating habitable areas on the lunar surface almost certainly will be conducted by life science experiments on robotic missions.
Foing describes the plan as a four-stage program. First, using orbital precursor missions like SMART-1, robots map the Moon in detail and learn about lunar geology. The next part should come after 2010, when a variety of probes from different countries will be deployed on the surface, working in concert on various activities. After that, infrastructure and life-support systems will be constructed and visited for short periods by astronauts. The final stage will have outposts and a permanent human presence on the Moon.
These plans may seem ambitious, but international collaboration is contributing more than ever before. "We are offering some of our SMART-1 data to help other countries to prepare their missions," explains Foing. "With our ESA ground stations, we are helping the Chinese to double the amount of data they are going to downlink with their Chang'e 1 mission." These aren't just one-way deals though, since data and equipment can be shared between all space agencies. The Chinese Chang'e 1 mission, Japan's Selene-Kaguya, and the United State's upcoming Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter and LCROSS Impactor will all provide valuable data.
"We are looking at ways where we could exchange information and carry some instruments from other countries on our platform," adds Foing. "Also, some of our European instruments can be carried onboard landers from international partners."
Foing's research takes him further afield than our natural satellite. He is involved in the ExoMars project, a mission that will be launched in 2013. "In the case of ExoMars, we are going to deploy instruments that will search for signs of extinct or extant life," he says. "It has a battery of organic sensors and life search instruments. We also have also a series of geophysical instruments like the camera system which I am involved with."
Robots with instruments such as these are at the forefront of our exploration strategies, making it possible that if we do find alien organisms, the discovery will be made by a machine.
For Foing, the search for life on Mars is a key aspect of our investigations in space. "We believe that in the first billion years of its history, Mars had some habitable conditions," he says. "So maybe life developed there — a second genesis — or it may have been transported from Earth. Answering this very important question about life on Mars requires sensitive scientific instruments, because for the last three billion years, conditions there have not been hospitable on a cold and dry Mars."So if there is evidence for past life it may be difficult to find.
Foing also thinks the investigations should take us beyond our own solar system. Astronomers are now searching for the ingredients of life, such as amino acids, in the vast reaches of space. Eventually these far-flung elements reach the surfaces of planets throughout the universe, and increase the chances that life will arise there. In the next 15 years, he says, missions like the Darwin infrared interferometer will be able to search for such biomarkers on Earth-like planets around other stars.

The general public may soon have the chance to rest in peace on the moon, at least briefly. Houston-based Celestis, Inc. has announced plans to launch cremated human remains to the surface of the moon as soon as 2009.
A small portion — 1 gram — of the encapsulated cremated remains of one person can be sent to the moon for $9,995. The price includes the option of watching the launch, an inscription of the deceased's name on an accompanying plaque, and complimentary scattering of the remainder of the remains at sea near the launch site.
For $29,985, Celestis will launch 14 grams total of the cremated remains of two people together.
These prices do not include cremation, which can generally cost about $2,000, said Doug Sholette, funeral director of the Frary Funeral Home in Ogdensburg, N.Y. For comparison, coffin burials on Earth usually cost at least $5,000, Sholette said.
One gram of cremated remains is less than 1 percent of the average person's remains, which usually weigh 3 to 5 pounds, Sholette said.
When Celestis sends a person's ashes to the moon, they stay within a capsule in a spacecraft on the lunar surface forever, and are not dispersed.
"We are pleased to schedule these Luna Service missions, to extend our leadership in the commercial space industry, and — most importantly — to serve our global community of families and loved ones wishing to honor the life of a special person," said Charles M. Chafer, Celestis founder and president.
Celestis has partnered with Odyssey Moon Limited and Astrobotic Technology, Inc., which will do the actual transporting of the remains to the moon.
Future customers won't be the first people to have their remains spread on the moon. In 1998, Celestis, at the request of NASA, provided a Luna Flight Capsule to the family and friends of the late legendary astronomer and planetary geologist Eugene Shoemaker. The Celestis Flight Capsule, containing a symbolic portion of Shoemaker's cremated remains, was attached to NASA's Lunar Prospector spacecraft and launched on a one-year mission orbiting the moon.
On July 31, 1999, at the completion of Lunar Prospector's mission, the spacecraft was intentionally crashed into the moon's south pole, making Shoemaker the first human to be laid to rest on another celestial body. NASA called the memorial "a special honor for a special human being."
Since 1997, Celestis has been sending human remains into Earth orbit. The company conducted six memorial spaceflights for people from 14 nations, including "Star Trek" creator Gene Roddenberry, Mercury astronaut Gordon Cooper and "Star Trek" actor James Doohan ("Scotty"). The next Celestis mission, set for June 2008, will send the remains of 205 participants to Earth orbit aboard a Falcon 1 rocket.

as the 2 scenes ng badtrip mode ko e2 3rd scene na nangyari made me just wanna fuckin go get a gun and shoot that fuckin "eme" this one happened at work.

my lobo craze

everyday i always watch the lobo teleserye through tfc. damn so nice! papa piolo is so sexy and so cute. angel is so funny and kikay! i like their tandem...
the story gets very interesting and intense everyday... "kilig moment" is always in my system everytime i see piolo. another reason why i watch this teleserye is beacause of the story... LUNA VS. WAYA its like VAMPIRE VS. LYKEN of the movie underworld! love the cast esp. gio alvarez playing as a gay designer! cute nia!!! lol!
i will never ever miss one episode of this...and though sometimes i do beacause of work, i always catch it up at youtube and tnx to that! cant wait for the next episode on monday! hehehe!!!

last monday when i went to walgreens i saw this back massager for demo, it says theraputic massager so i tried it! damn! feels so good that i almost fell asleep while sitting on it! so i asked the cashier if how much was it and if they have any at the back stock, she said that its $100 but they dont have any in stock! so, i went home and i told my mom about it and my dad heard us and got nosy, so he said that it sounds interesting and wanna try it! we went to the store and i again tried it... mom tried it too and didnt wanna get up anymore so we decided to buy it the next day! cool! feels good, stress relieveer and with the heat applied to it, it makes the massage more relaxing. now, everynight massage for me with this siatzu massager by homedics.

VANTAGE PIONT

me and my preggy bess had no plans friday night so we just decided to go to fashion valley and watch a movie but the thing is we dont know what to watch coz pretty much i've seen all the new movies and she just doesnt want me to watch it again just because of her so instead we see the movie vantage point! at first i really didnt feel like watching it coz the trailer didnt really catch my attention but then no choice coz thats the only movie that was look kinda nice last friday. i was wrong...the movie was awesome! a thrill ride that really put u on the edge and makes u say "oh man!!!" nice one though! but ofcourse me as a movie critic again saw a scene error that my bestfriend didn't see and when i told her she agreed with me that it was an error! hay! my sharp mind and eyes become an hawk's eye coz im watching a movie...yes, a movie addict! lol!

A total eclipse of the moon tonight is expected to delight skywatchers across the United States and much of the world.
It will be the last total lunar eclipse until 2010.
The easy-to-watch event will play out in several stages as Earth shadow blocks sunlight from shining on the moon. Weather permitting, the eclipse will be visible from all locations in the United States, according to NASA. Along the Oregon and northern California coasts, the moon will rise during the early stages of the eclipse, however.
When to watch
Eclipses occur only at full moon when the sun, Earth and moon are in a perfect line. Because the moon's orbit around Earth is not perfectly aligned with the plane of Earth's orbit around the sun, eclipses do not occur at every full moon.
The moon will enter Earth's umbral shadow (the full shadow) at 8:43 p.m. ET (that's 7:43 p.m. Central, 6:43 p.m. Mountain and 5:43 p.m. Pacific) on Wednesday, Feb. 20. It will appear as though an ever-larger bite is being taken out of the moon.
Some 78 minutes later, the moon will slip into full eclipes. About 51 minutes later, a bright scallop will appear as the moon starts emerging. It will be completely out of the umbral shadow at 9:09 p.m. Pacific time, which is 12:09 a.m. ET on Thursday morning.
For Europe and Africa, the eclipse is a predawn Thursday event, with the moon starting entry to the umbral shadow at 1:43 Greenwich (or Universal) Time.
What you'll see
Look for the moon to possibly turn red during the total portion of the eclipse. "The exact color that the moon appears depends on the amount of dust and clouds in the atmosphere," according to a NASA statement. "If there are extra particles in the atmosphere, from say a recent volcanic eruption, the moon will appear a darker shade of red."
The redness occurs because while the moon is in total shadow, some light from the sun passes through Earth's atmosphere and is bent toward the moon. The effect is to cast all the planet's sunrise and sunset on the moon.
Christopher Columbus famously used a blood-red eclipes in 1504 to frighten natives on Jamaica into feeding his crew.
The planet Saturn and the bright star Regulus will form a board triangle with the moon's ruddy disk, according to Joe Rao, Skywatching Columnist.
You don't need any special equipment to watch a lunar eclipse. Comfortable chairs and warm clothing are good ideas. A telescope will bring out interesting details of the lunar surface, and even a small telescope will reveal Saturn's stunning rings.

i wish they made it more interesting enough as the trailer looks like. i was disappointed when i watched it! they could have done more with this movie its just the trailer that fooled me...well, i'll rate it 3 out of 10 for the effort.

lite but entertaining! a cute combination of fools romance, comedy, action & adventure. not bad esp. for their second movie together after the movie "how to lose a guy in 10 days" and loved that one. fools gold...i really liked it!!!

full moon names of 2008

Full moon names were bestowed by the Native Americans of what is now the northern and eastern United States. A few hundred years ago, those tribes kept track of the seasons by giving distinctive names to each recurring full moon. Their names were applied to the entire month in which each occurred.

There were some variations in the moon names, but in general the same ones were current throughout the Algonquin tribes from New England on west to Lake Superior. Jan. 22, 8:35 a.m. EST — Full Wolf Moon. Amid the zero cold and deep snows of midwinter, the wolf packs howled hungrily outside Indian villages. It was also known as the Old Moon or the moon after Yule. In some tribes this was the Full Snow Moon; most applied that name to the next moon.

Feb. 20, 10:30 p.m. EST — Full Snow Moon. Usually the heaviest snows fall in this month. Hunting becomes very difficult, and hence to some tribes this was the Full Hunger Moon. This is also the night of a Total Lunar Eclipse. North and South Americans will have a ringside seat for this event and will take place during convenient evening hours. Observers in western Europe and western Africa will see this eclipse from start to finish during the morning hours of February 21.

Mar. 21, 2:40 p.m. EDT — Full Worm Moon. In this month the ground softens and the earthworm casts reappear, inviting the return of the robins. The more northern tribes knew this as the Full Crow Moon, when the cawing of crows signals the end of winter, or the Full Crust Moon because the snow cover becomes crusted from thawing by day and freezing at night. The Full Sap Moon, marking the time of tapping maple trees, is another variation. This is also the Paschal Full Moon; the first full moon of the spring season. The first Sunday following the Paschal Moon is Easter Sunday, which indeed will be observed two days later on Sunday, March 23. This will, in fact, be the earliest Easter since 1913.

Apr. 20, 6:25 a.m. EDT — Full Pink Moon. The grass pink or wild ground phlox is one of the earliest widespread flowers of the spring. Other names were the Full Sprouting Grass Moon, the Egg Moon, and — among coastal tribes — the Full Fish Moon, when the shad came upstream to spawn.

May 19, 9:11 p.m. EDT — Full Flower Moon. Flowers are abundant everywhere. It was also known as the Full Corn Planting Moon or the Milk Moon. In terms of apparent size, it will appear 12.3 percent smaller than the full moon of Dec. 12.

Jun. 18, 1:30 p.m. EDT — Full Strawberry Moon. Known to every Algonquin tribe. Europeans called it the Rose Moon.

Jul. 18, 3:59 a.m. EDT — Full Buck Moon, when the new antlers of buck deer push out from their foreheads in coatings of velvety fur. It was also often called the Full Thunder Moon, thunderstorms being now most frequent. Sometimes also called the Full Hay Moon.

Aug. 16, 5:16 p.m. EDT — Full Sturgeon Moon, when this large fish of the Great Lakes and other major bodies of water like Lake Champlain is most readily caught. A few tribes knew it as the Full Red Moon because the moon rises looking reddish through sultry haze, or the Green Corn Moon or Grain Moon. There will be a Partial Lunar Eclipes that will be visible from Europe, Africa and the western two-thirds of Asia with this full moon. Sep. 15, 5:13 a.m. EDT — Full Harvest Moon. Traditionally, this designation goes to the full moon that occurs closest to the Autumnal (fall) Equinox. The Harvest Moon usually comes in September, but (on average) about every three or four years it will fall in early October. (356,566 km.) from Earth. Very high ocean tides can be expected from the coincidence of perigee with full moon.

as i was watching the cnn news earlier, nancy grace's topic was that a 3 month old baby was found dead by local couple 9am yesterday cherryhill, texas. it's horrible how the baby was found! a little angel suffered a severe head blow and was just dumped by the road just wearing a diaper! how sick it is to kill a damn innocent baby! and it was said that the person who was last seen with the kid was the biological father! and the mother was calling hospitals to ask if the husband and baby was there. the stupidest alibi that the mother said was she was calling the hospitals coz she was worried that the husband doesnt have formula with him to feed the baby! because the husband took the baby with him to have his car fixed or something! imagine taking a 3 month old baby out at 5:30-6am to have the car done?!!! and the mother calling the hospitals to check if the husband and the baby was there because of worrying that the baby might get hungry?!!! stupid!!! who would fall for that?! now officials are inverstigating her too! coz for fact that she knows that there is something wrong goin on and that leads to the murder of a 3 month old baby!

the other night i was suppose to call my cousin who is one of my great friends too but i was so damn tired from my kiddos bday. so, instead i called her last night for atleast an hour at pinas!
she just got married 2 days ago, same date as my kiddos bday! but ofcourse the time difference here and pinas made it ahead there! she's preggy and due on march. they got married mot just because she wants to but the relatives wanted to! u know how the pinoy attitudes that when u get preggy, u gotta marry! she's not into marrying him yet bec. she wants to prove something first from him. but ofcourse the relatives prevail so they got married. i asked her how was the wedding? it was just a civil wedding. typically just to make them legally bonded! they were living in together and since my friend wasnt used to a below average life they just decided to live with her mom's house! now, she's talking about him that his family was below average in terms of living unlike her she's not! and here how it goes...


me: so msta nmn kasal nio? ano nangyari?

jhelle: ok lng! parang wla lng! back to normal ulit!

me: so dumating mga lola mo? ano nmn sabi sa asawa mo?

me: lam mo ako kc mag pamahiin sa ganyan! i mean di ko lam kung pamahiin ng iba un pero sa akin tlga kpg kasal ko ayoko ng utang! as in! kung wla ako pera sa bonggang wedding ko! eh di hindi muna ako papakasal at magiipon ako! i'll rather ask for money kina nanay or lola rather than borrowing money! mali kc un for me! feeling ko kc di ako aahon kpg sinimula ko un wedding ng puro utang lng noh! at yoko nga sabihin nang iba na ganda nga ng wedding pero utang nmn! no way! i'll do the wedding ng wla utang noh im so damn sure about it!

couple of nights ago, when i was asleep already my phone rang and didnt know who it was coz of the number that registered was seemed to be outside the u.s. and when i answered it, it was my bestfriend who was in the u.s. navy and stationed in japan. imagine callin me at 4:30am just when i have my 2hours of sleep telling me to wake up coz its late already?! kaloka! she thought that it was 12noon here! hmp! nwei, since i was already awake we had our chat for an hour! and the topics was her and her fiance' who's a white guy and also in the navy! she's 5 mos. preggy and she'll be back here in san diego for good. our conversation went really deep as she said that she feels like she wants to give up already and she's pissed with her fiance' for he's such a lazy guy, according to her! she wants to make him do stuff by his own not just he'll do it coz she said so! she's crying and saying things about him! and the conversation goes like this!


aying: hay naku! nakakasawa na xa, npka tamad... kapag humilata ako, hihilata din xa! eh di pareho nlng kami wla nagawa!

me: eh di sabihan mo! problema ba un?!

aying: kilala mo nmn c mama, instead na kumustahin baby ko una lagi sinasabi kung kelan ba ang kasal! pare nahihirapan na ako!

me: at e2 pa rin nmn ang mali mo din...pinipilit mo magbago si ryan eh kung hindi nmn nya tlga feel na magbago, wla ka magagawa dun! kahit ihampas mo pa xa ng 10x sa pader, kung hindi tlga eh hindi noh! at ang major difference is tau pede pagkain natin tuyo at kanin..eh yan ba mapapalamon mo ng ganon? hindi noh! puti yan hindi pinoy! kya wag ka umasa..gaga!!!

11:27 am... happy bday!

at exactly 11:27am pst., an 8.8lbs. banana baby boy was born at year 2003 by c-section, now he's almost 5yrs. old in a couple of hours. ofcourse im talking about my baby boy who is now
really growing up so fast. my sweetest, loving, cutie son...Matthew. now, still awake and still doing preps. for his small bday celebration at my house. just the whole family. im not even done yet with the stuff that i need to bring to his school for his celebration there! just a small fun time at his school that would definitely make him so happy...like wat i always wanted for him! HAPPY BDAY ANAK!!! LOVE U SO MUCH!!!

this is one sick thriller movie of 2008! way much better that saw 4. loved it! but some of dianne lane's scene at almost at the end that it makes me freakin call her stupid! well, just watch it and let me know if u thought the same way...im not gonna talk about that scene i guess u'll know wat i meant wen u see it coz i dont wanna spoil it for u guyz! but i really loved the movie! awesome! i really feel the freakin anger with this movie!

school dbay celebration

yeepee!!! Jan. 28th would be my son's 5th bday. since that day is monday i already plan to have a small bday party at his school just for them pre-schoolers. this is his first time celebrating his birthday at school so ofcourse im the one who is excited lol! i already bought some stuff for his loot bags and juices for the drinks. and for the snaks i just called my aunt who works at goldilocks and asked her to order me 25pcs. of sponge cake aznd she told me that why do i have to serve them a goldilocks where i can just buy those cupcakes from ralphs ( tipid daw un) well, so i told her that every bday there is in their class the food is always a freakin cupcake!!! so i decided to bring different one instead!!! (ng maiba nmn noh!) lol! so, everything is ok already aside for the balloons! i bought a bag of reg. balloons and i was thinking of instead having it with helium and string, i thought of just pumping it reg. and just put it in balloon sticks so atleast when they play with it, it wont fly-off! but the thing is i went to different stores already to look for balloon sticks and there's none! as in even in party city they said that they don't sell that! amp! imagine that? they should have it db?! oh well...so they suggested that i try Michael's where where they sell diffferent crafts, artworks and party stuff. so, now i gotta go there which is i dont know where it is... gotta mapquest it pa! and i got 3 days to look for it and 3 days to buy nmn all the stuff that i need for the home celebration of my son's bday!

don't get so amazed with the movie trailer coz the whole movie was really terrible! ill rather watch the Godzilla movie for a freakin 100 times than this one! and it's like what others commented on this film... "have u seen blairwitch project?" freakin handheld camera movie (spoiler) hmp! i just wasted my time and had a freaking headache watching this crappy movie! bhhooooo!!!

this was given to me like almost a week already, just posted it...busy!!! well, this is his 1st class pix. the only thing that i didn't like was my son's name...wrong spelling! darn! they're so st***d that they can't even spell my son's name! i really got pissed coz of the outcome! i corrected the spelling of his name twice already and when it came...still darn wrong! hay! mga engotz! wel,cant do anything about it anymore with their screwed-up printing and if i send it back for a name correction for sure it will take me almost a month to recieve the correct one! oh well! guess i just have to stick wid this one!

business matter...

earlier today, i went online to go chat with my family in pinas. just to say hello to them. as my mom talks to her sister, my mom asked about her new opened business, an internet shop! my tita edith was layed-off from work because of the new management. she recieved a separation pay and now she has her own business...and as the conversation goes and me being nosy, my tita edith says that it is really indemand there but the thing is she only has 5 sets of brand new pc that is for rent! she said that she's out of money right now because of the pc's and the construction of her shop. she's planning to buy more pc but this time she says its better if its flatscreen so it wont consume much space in her small internet shop. so as i listen with their conversation i told my mom to tell tita edith if she wants a business partner and my tita said no problem...its ok! so now, still need to think more about it and for my tita, she's gonna talk to her hubby...a plan of 5-7 more additional brand new computer is what im going to buy! well, kinda expensive for me so for now and if the business partnership will go through...maybe just 3 pc for now then add 2-3 more after that! well, she'll buy it at the mall in pinas and im just gonna send her the money!
funny thing! i asked my tita about how much is the flatscreen computer set would be and she said its 29,990php. i was kinda laughing too! tawad pa ng 10pesos!!! ahahahha!!! nwei, so i asked her "plus the tax how much everything will be?" and she said "the tax is included already!" well, yeah! i forgot its pinas, coz here everything that you want to buy is in the retail price...w/o the tax yet until everything is totalled! hay! laki ng tax!!! tange ko tlga!!! just got used to the system here! lol!
so yeah, would it be a nice business to get into or not? well,i was thinking of it so that atleast anytime i run-out of money when i have my vacation there...i have a little savings from that business! hmmm....hay! any suggestions??? wat u all think about it? should i do it or not?

my twin

as i look at this picture, i can see myself when i was still young! as in she really looks like me! same eyes, nose, complexion, lips and the shape of our face! well, unfortunatelly the kid in this pix is not me! she's my niece patricia, my half-brother's daughter. but imagin how she really looks like me...kaloka! so, if u wanna picture me when i was still young, just look at this pix and u see me 18yrs. ago just w/o the deep dimples! lol!

missed the long hair!

i was browsing through my old pix and i saw this pix of my son with my sister. i miss my son's long hair. he really looks great in it! well, he does actually in everything but i love his long, very soft, straight & with his natural a little light-bown hair. im making it grow again and this time im not gonna cut it eventhough he really sweats in pinas when we go back there in a couple of months for another awesome vacation!

bad trip mode ->>> tipid mode!

i was blogging before about my bedroom needs and renovation, one of the things that i want to buy for my room is a very comfy bed for me and my kiddo! yes, i was talking about a memory foam mattress. i was searching online for the mattress earlier and talked about it before that im buying it as a xmas gift for me. i was so excited to see the prices and really wanted to buy it before the run out or the price gets a little higher again. my excitement was turned into a "badtrip" mode...y? wel, when i was about to put it on my online shopping cart, my mom went inside my room, as usual she's bothering my son and she did see me browsing the shopping site and became nosy..again!!! wel, i told her that im gonna purchase the mattress today by internet and they'll have it deliver by 2-3 business days. and she almost freaked out, and told me not to purchase it for 3 damn reasons. 1st is that she said its expensive and im just gonna waste my money, 2nd is that i still have a good mattress and 3rd is that what im gonna do or how im gonna get rid of my old mattress? wel, her first 2 reasons i convinced her but the 3rd one makes me think too... how am i gonna get rid of my old mattress??? wel, then she convinced me not to purchase it for now and instead she said that maybe i can purchase it next year! wel, i gave it a thought because instead of getting rid of my old mattress, we can put it in the other room next year because we are goin to buy a house! so then we dont need to buy another new mattress for the extra room! "tipid mode si nanay!" so yeah, i just agreed to her since she has a point! wel, it just means that im still gonna suffer a little more longer to my spring mattress! hay!!! sige na nga!!! hmp! *sigh!*

snow storm

hay! its been raining here in my place for 3 days now. this weather makes me so lazy but i love the fact that its so cold and such a relaxing weather for me! but aside my laziness here, this weather that we are experiencing right now is a storm! as of this season, this is the time that it rains or snows but for the past 4 years rain was totally out and because of that drought was experienced here in california esp. last november where there was a firestorm in our county! now its snow storm, its a good news and a bad news for everyone here in california people. good news is that because of this snow storm, the water supply for the california state will increase and it will be a relief for us. bad news is that because of this snow that is now causing a lot of accidents and reportedly as of the storm stars there were 3 deaths already! sad! and roads from cali to reno,neveda was closed due to heavy snow. truckers was the one who are really affected on this too for the reason that its their job doing deliveries from state to state.

was justice really served???

for the past two years alot of cases of women who are pregnant are reportedly missing, and for that two years of those breaking news, these women are always found dead and not just them ofcourse it includes the unborn child inside their womb! as i watch the news earlier, another pregnant woman was repotedly missing for 2 days now and still haven't found! investigation says that she's 8months preggy.
in these cases the husdand of the live-in partner was the primary suspect.
like the Lacy Peterson Story way back couple of years ago, in 3 weeks she was due to give birth to a baby boy then was reported missing during the holidays. after for a deep search all over the county, she was found floating in San Francisco Bay! and not just that...she gave birth that time with her son, and the the baby was found couple of days later with the chord still attached at the rocky shore of where they where dumped! SICK ISN'T IT?
This is just one of the cases that was totally sickening to think! last year there were several cases of abduction of pregnant women that were also found dead across the nation and it is really sick to think that after all the investigations and denial...husbands or the live-in partner was the one who did it!

WHY??? WHY DO THOSE SICK BASTARDS WAS JUST SENTENCED TO LIFETIME IN JAIL AFTER A KILLING SPREE? WHY???

i've been waiting for this to be posted at qss since it was shown last xmas'07 but it just came out earlier. i just finish watching it and its a very nice movie! i really loved it!

i think its an old movie already or maybe not coz i searched it and it says this 2008 so maybe its new or not but im not really sure! nwei, i was bored so i just decided to watch this at qss coz pretty much i've seen all the new realeased movies and this one i just found earlier and i havent seen this yet and i can say, not bad...not bad drama,horror,thriller movie at all! i just finished watchin it and nice one! but i didnt kinda really like the ending..."bitin".

411 an Brit's 911

damn feel really bad for britney and for the kids...after that 911 call from her home because she didnt wanna give back her kids to k-fed after having her visitation rights! and also was rushed to e.r. for the reason of mental illness that was said she was under the influence of an unknown susbstance. And the paparazzi still makes her life more misserable...wat else is gonna happen??? people are now saying that sooner or later she'll end up dead like anna nicole smith; and k-fed...wat kind of a father is he??? imagine instead of him getting the kids at brits house, he just let his bodyguards take the kids? such an idiot! crazy life! sad to think that she end up this way! and hopefuly not what everyone now thinks that she'll end up killing an innocent or the anna nicole smith version!

one of the best movies shown this christmas! loved it! i feel ashame watching this movie for free...i really should have watched it in theatre. awesome movie! it really made me cry! so if ur gonna watch this make sure u got kleenex beside u!

AVP-R

i've been always a fan of the movie Alien up to the last movie of it the Alien Resurrection but then when the movie Alien Vs. Predator was released couple of years ago i was really excited to watch it for the reason that the Two most watched scifi movie was combined in one whole movie. the AVP was very nice! now another one was being showed and its the part 2 of AVP. its as awesome as the part 1 because in this AVP-R another species was made and ofcourse if u see the first movie u know what im talking about! but if not...wel just watch it! nice one!

memories of christmas

as the christmas is near...near as in 1 night away, i cant help but to think about the philippines where i grew up! as this time of the year comes ofcourse it is exciting for me.
I remember when we were still all in the philippines, i live in a compound where it is all my family in my father side where me and my sisters actually grew up together with my cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandmas... every christmas eve where the noche buena is happening all some of us go to church to hear mass and others will stay for the preparation of the noche buena. in our compound there are 6 houses and where all my immidiate relative from my father side lives including us family, and what we do is for noche buena is every house has an asigned or we call "toka" for food, and as everyone prepares for the course & deserts we kids are so exicited for the night. then after the mass we go home and eat noche buena with the whole family under the mango tree where everything is already set up... the food, drinks, deserts, the christmas sounds, lights and ofcourse the gifts. yes, we all gather up and put out the food under the mango tree and share it like there is a birthday party. well, the best thing is ofcourse the exchange gifts for the adults and for us kids we are waiting for the games...yup! games as in like brthday games where there is "paluglugan" and the jackpot will be in the middle of it! yeah!!! awesome isnt it?! well thats how we celebrate our christmas eve way back when we were younger but now everybody is gone in pinas and who was left there was my 2 grandmas...sad...wish that i can experience it again oneday, wish that everyone whos here will come home again in pinas for the holidays and we all celebrate it again as we use to celebrate it before!
i missed everything there in pinas! i missed the fun and memories of mhy childhood and the way of living there, the places where we used to go and the things that we used to do! i really do feel the homesickness for a long time now eventhough i had my vacation there couple of months ago...still not the same as it was used to be! i missed everything. i know now for sure everything will be different eventhough we all decided to go back home for the holidays for the reason that couple of my relatives who already passed away but like we all say that if theres loss there will be new life...and for that all the addition to my family is my son, my ate's kids, and my cousin's kids. And for me, i want my son to experience what is the meaning of christmas in pinas! just remembering my childhood christmas makes me happy yet a tears flowing from me! i just missed my life there!

NATIONAL TREASURE: THE BOOK OF SECRETS

i just finished watching this movie at qss and i can say its a nice movie for a sequel...im always a fan of this movie for the reason ofcourse is the treasure, the locations they go for clues & esp. the history of America itself. awesome movie and for sure there will be a part3 of the movie as the president says about the page 47 of the book of the presidents! (spoiler hehehe!!!) well, just watch it! and hopefully the third one will be an awesome movie as the part 1&2.

ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS

i love the movie... my son and i watched it yesterday at qss, and we loved it! esp. when the chipmunks sings! awesome one! and my son keeps on bugging me to watch it again right now! yup...he's still awake at this time...he wants more of the singing cutie chipmunks! awesome!

who wants to marry a U.S. Citizen???

as we all know that reality shows are more popular nowadays and a lot of people really watch it. i was watching The Insider awhile ago, they featured the new reality show that will be aired on 2008 and it is "WHO WANTS TO MARRY A U.S. CITIZEN? the show features an American citizen woman and 3 illegal alien bachelors. they say that they are looking for love...duh! its a reality show esp. it involves a an opportunity to have a greencard so, how can it be love?!!! oh well, i think this reality show is boring! and yeah, then the two guys who will not win will get deported? well, maybe! or yet better whoever is going to watch this reality show, just let me know what's gonna happen when that show is over..if the two guys who didnt win will ever get deported or not?!!!

white house on fire...

as the news breaks early this morning it is reported that the whitehouse 3rd floor was burning 9:15 this morning and the initial reports says that the fire was started at an electrical closet or booth inside the whitehouse. no one was hurt or injured, 15 fire trucks was at the whitehouse and the fire was contain already. Bush gave thanks to the firefighters.

it's Frankie!!!

well, i never thought i would ever bump n2 a celeb singer though! the other night when i was at work and minding my own stuff i accidentally bumped my elbow with Frankie J. yup! and i was shocked that he was there! well,because it's almost xmas and people are going to their hometown during the holidays as one of them is Him...yeah he lives in San Diego like 15mins. away from my place! cool isn't it! nwei, i appologize ofcourse and he smiled at me and said "its alright, no prob." he's a cuttie in person coz before i don't find him cute at all but when i saw him, yup he is! lol!

the new Britney???!!! wel, as i was listening to the readio station earlier the Dj phoned someone by the name of Perez Hilton and shockingly said that the Zoey 101 girl from nickelodeon Jamie Lynn Spears who is 16yrs.old, the sister of Britney is preggy...yup! as she tells Perez about it! She's 12 weeks preggy to her bf Casey Aldridge who is 19yrs.old
now said that she'll have the kid raised in her hometown in Louisiana as said that they could have a normal family life! duhhh...i don't think so...celebs don't have a normal life noh!...she kidding me?! lol!
wel, lets just see what's gonna happen! hopefully she won't screw it up like her biggy sis! but we all know celebs couples don't end up in a long relationship esp. teens!

BLOND AMBITION

just got finished watching this movie and i kinda like the movie eventhough its jessica simpson! i dont like her acting here but just a part of her scenes that i like and yet still poor movie. wel, this movie is going to be shown on Jan.28,2008 and thanks to qss i watched it before the release date! but i heard that it will go straight to dvd and as i thought... "its that how bad the movie is???!!!" wel maybe yeah! lol!

I AM LEGEND

i knew it would be the same plot from 28 days or weeks later movie that someone is immune to the virus or the one person who is the lead actor would be the one carrying the cure in his system or what so... yup same thing as the movie Omega Man in the 80's or the I am Omega that i just watched last month, and although it's always predictable what's gonna happen and what the ending is gonna be or if there will be a sequel to it...this I Am Legend by Will Smith is a lilttle bit ok than than the other so-called Last man on earth movie kinda thing! maybe bec. it's Will Smith and we know how he makes the movie a little bit interesting wel, maybe i'll rate it 5 out of 10 for me bec. its Will Smith lol!

trip #3 -> white-powdered...

yeah now i've been busy this past couple of days that i haven't been blogging at all! anwei, since i was talking about my trippings before, another additional to that is the playing around at white-powdered snow! yup! since the snow started to fall last week, a cool stuff to do within this season is to go snowboarding but since i dont know how all i do is just play with the snow! but now i really wanna learn to snowboard and one of the best place to go and the nearest snow summit at my place is the Big Bear Lake. its one of the great place to spend your winter vacation for there's a lot of activities that you can do and a nice lodging and accomodation you'll experience in this place. another thing is that its just 3hrs. drive to north-east from my place. so, now me,my son,my sisters and cousins are heading there since they are having a 3 week winter break from school. well, i cant wait to learn for the first time to snowboard.

And also i was talking to my friend who is into snowboarding, he says that it is really harder than it looks like when you are actually on the board! so, i guess more bruises and butt pains for me for i know that i'll be falling on my behind for a lot of times! Gud luck to me! lol!

another one of my needs for my bedroom is a new mattress. there is nothing wrong with my mattress right now its just that its a regular spring mattress and we all know how spring mattress works right?! wel nwei, since i heard this so called mattress i have been wanting it since then but the one that i really want was the Tempur-pedic mattress when i got to experience to sleep in it by then i have been planning to buy it but it is out of my budget since its really expensive. it is now showing today but i manage to watch it yesterday and thanks to qss for the post. nwei, i was waiting for it to come out because the movie maker of this were also the one who made the movie The Cronicles of Narnia and i really like that movie so, i assumed that this movie is nice or yet better than the Narnia movie but i was disappointed! i got bored watching this movie! i didn't like it at all it just looks very interesting in the preview but its not when you watch it!

As the Christmas day gets near, people right now are so busy thinking of what gift their going to give to their friends, families, and esp. their kids! And nowadays kids are expensive when it comes to gift giving and of course most important is that it’s should be more on educational stuff they'll also enjoy it. kids are more into computer games, playstations, wii's and xbox that for me it's not just really expensive to buy but also its not educational but we all see how people are getting addicted to it esp. kids. I really could tell because I work at one of the largest toy store company, here and across the globe and I can see how people really wait in line just to get this expensive tv-front hobby! So, for me instead of buying this kind of stuff I choose to buy the educational game just a gift for my son on Christmas. I bought him a V.Smile from Vtech and the nice thing about it is that of course it’s educational and it’s not expensive at all. So, for all those parents out there who has a kid that is into video games this is one of the best stuff that you can buy them for Christmas.

days goes by so fast as we all know and now it's almost december already and we all know that it's getting cold already while the winter season is so near. right now, having this cold weather makes my feet hurts for the reasn that i had an accident last year fracturing both of my ankles and because of that now i have a permanent arthritis! so when it's cold my feet hurt so bad that my son teases me that im a penguin! lol! so, one thing that i need in my room since im fixing it is a porable heater, so i strated looking for it by going online and i see it at walmart where me and my family usually buy stuff for home in bulks! so then i see this...
